We write code using frameworks such as Ruby On Rails; PHP's Cake, CodeIgniter, Prado; and Java's Seam. We prefer frameworks because they're neat and quick and fit with our design philosophies.
We use the OnStage Project Collaboration Tool to manage all of our projects. Clients are assigned logins and are able to keep track of progress on their projects and assign new tasks and milestones via the collaboration tool so that there are no gaps in communication. It's an effective way to keep projects fresh and on schedule.
