Developed OSGi-compliant Java components/bundles for Redhat’s Karaf-based Fuse environment.

Developed bundles using OSGi specifications: Blueprint for dependency injection, JPA and JTA for database integration, JAX-RS for Web Services, and others.

Developed OSGi services that integrated legacy application and data systems with newer systems.

Developed APIs for bundles.

Worked with third-party APIs such as Okta and OneSpan for Java to develop integration components.

Senior Application Developer

Senior web application developer for the supporting non-partisan agency of the Colorado General Assembly. Developed integration applications in Java on the Spring Boot framework.

Developed web applications using the ArcGIS API for JavaScript. One application still in production allows Colorado constituents to find their elected officials with their address. Application is available here.

All public-facing applications developed were built on Drupal platform as modules.

Team lead on the development of an internal integration Spring Boot application using the Akoma Ntoso XML schema that streamlined the publication of Colorado session laws.

Akoma Ntoso is an international technical standard for representing executive, legislative and judiciary documents. Trained directly with the founders and developers of the standard at a weeklong Stanford University training session.

Met with members of the legislature regularly to gather requirements for ongoing and future development efforts to streamline legislative processes.
